Criteria

In order for us to determine whether we are the right investor for you please consider the following criteria carefully before sending us a business proposal.

Team

First and foremost we are looking for a team that is passionate about their business and is driven to make a commercial return.

Market Opportunity

We look for companies that are targeting markets that are very large and profitable or are expected to undergo substantial growth. We seek to invest in high-tech companies in sectors with annual sales of at least £500million.

Competitors

We need to see that you've researched your competitors' products/services and that you can clearly show how your product differentiates itself from that of your competitors.

Funding Requirement

We look to initially invest around £500,000 - £1 million, either as a lead investor in the company or part of a syndicate of co-investors. We would expect to invest significantly more over the course of the life of the company.

Generating an exit

You must have a clear exit strategy and time-frames with the potential to grow substantially in value in 3-5 years with exits likely within the same period.

Location

Your company must be based in the United Kingdom.
