Isabelle joined the Nesta in 2011 to manage part of its portfolio of investments in impact funds and social venture intermediaries.
Isabelle is highly experienced in the fields of public sector innovation and evaluation. Prior to Nesta, Isabelle led the strategy component of the French national public sector reform programme. Prior to this, Isabelle worked for Deloitte's public sector strategy team in the UK, leading work on developing local business support and growth programmes, central government target operating model design, and quality assurance process design to improve commissioning.
She started her career in London working for GHK consulting, focusing on large scale evaluation programmes across the third sector to support European Social Fund initiatives, advising on employment, social and education policy, and helping to establish sector skills councils across the UK.
Isabelle holds CIPD qualification, an MSC in International Employment Relations/HRM from the London School of Economics, and a degree in HRM from the University of Stirling.
