On 27 March 2007, NESTA hosted an interactive discussion on the next phase of IP in the UK - and its impact on small businesses. The panel was led by Andrew Gowers, who headed the Gowers Review on Intellectual Property.
He was joined by representatives of early-stage technology businesses and the creative industries, including Stephen Bates, UK Chief Executive of ANGLE Ventures; John Howkins, Director of the Adelphi Charter; and Lynne Brindley, CEO of the British Library. NESTA CEO, Jonathan Kestenbaum, chaired the event.
