Nesta is governed by a board of trustees who decide on our strategic direction, policies and procedures. Nesta is the sole trustee of the Nesta Trust (charity number 1144683), a separate charitable body which holds the endowment of the former National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts. The Nesta Trust has a Government-appointed Protector to oversee the administration of the Trust.
