Public services reform in Scotland

As cuts to Scotland's public services loom, there is a real opportunity to seize the initiative and argue for innovative ways in which better public services can be delivered for less.

The fringe debate discussed what sort of public services can, and should, Scotland provide in light of severely limited resources.

It also considered the implications for service providers, the workforce and local communities, and explored opportunities for positive outcomes.
