Nesta, 1 Plough Place, EC4A 1DE
Run in partnership by Nesta and SoundLab, a Digital R&D for the Arts project, this event offered the opportunity to try a range of cutting-edge digital music making technologies, watch performances, play in a pop-up band and debate about how music making tools can be made even more accessible.
SoundLab was delivered in partnership by award-winning creative arts organisation Heart n Soul, Goldsmiths University and Public Domain Corp. The aim was to discover which digital music technologies and approaches could help people with learning disabilities create the music and sounds they want to make.
The Digital R&D Fund for the Arts is a partnership between Arts Council England, Arts and Humanities Research Council and Nesta.
