Top five films, top five British bands, top five girls/boys in your year group at school, you name it at some point we have all made a top five. I bet somewhere groups of people have even debated their top five ‘all time’ social innovations…in fact spend half an hour in the kitchen area at Nesta and you are sure to enter such a debate.

This was published this February and painted a picture of a health service under pressure, constrained by money and targets and managed by people out of touch with the frontline.
