Cardboard Christmas Tree

15.12.2009

NESTA’s 2009 Christmas tree is a striking, festive example of ‘upcycling’...

Taking waste materials and turning them into something better than the original product. It is made from reclaimed cardboard boxes, with baubles and stars cut from out-of-date Big Green Challenge booklets.

What will you do with your waste packaging this Christmas – recycle or upcycle?
