Data Scientist in Residence at Greylock Partners

Previously, DJ was the Chief Product Officer at Color as well as the Chief Scientist and led the Analytics and Data Teams at the LinkedIn Corporation. At LinkedIn he was responsible for all analytics projects including reporting and web analytics.

Prior to working at LinkedIn, Dr. Patil was a Distinguished Research Scientist and the Director for Strategy, Product, and Analytics of Corporate Architecture at eBay Inc. He received a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of California, San Diego and a Doctorate in Applied Mathematics from the University of Maryland in the top ranked applied nonlinear dynamics and chaos group.
