Kerry B. Haley

Vice President, Power and Process, Strategic Project Solutions

In her role as Vice President, Power and Process at Strategic Project Solutions, Ms. Haley is responsible for all strategic relationships and program development in the Power and Process sectors, assisting owners in the effective delivery of complex and critical construction projects. Kerry brings over twenty-five years of experience in the design, development and delivery of mission critical infrastructure and major capital programs across multiple industry sectors and regions.

Most recently, Ms. Haley was Director of Global Infrastructure at Better Place, Inc. In this role, Kerry was responsible for the strategy, implementation and evolution of Better Place infrastructure worldwide, designing, developing and optimizing the methodology used to support the full infrastructure life cycle. Previously, she was recruited to serve as Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Frontier Mobile, a new division of Frontier Communications (NYSE: FTR). She led the development of the strategic, technical, regulatory and operational planning, execution and growth of Frontier’s Wireless business.

Prior to joining Frontier, Ms. Haley served as Vice President of Business Development for SkyPilot Networks, a carrier-class multi-service wireless systems provider. Before joining SkyPilot, she spent 10 years managing the design, development and deployment of commercial multi-site construction projects around the world.

Ms. Haley earned her degree in International Finance from the University of Santa Clara and is on the Emeritus Board of the Forum for Women Entrepreneur’s and Executives.
