'Attacking the Recession', a discussion paper with recommendations for how the UK should innovate out of a recession, was presented by Charles Leadbeater to a packed house from academia, industry and government.
Lord Drayson, Minister for Science and Innovation, responded on behalf of the Government and took part in a panel discussion which also included Brent Hoberman, founder of lastminute.com and mydeco.com
