NESTA and Pact have developed a series of legal templates to enable independent TV production companies and new media companies to work together to win new commissions - and jointly exploit the intellectual property created.
Pact is also running a collaborative wiki to allow draft documents to be reviewed and amended by participants as they are produced.
We've recently released a range of templates, which are freely available from the Pact website (you'll find them under the Policy section).
