Carys joined Nesta's Public Services Lab as an intern in January 2013, where she supports our work on innovation and ageing, looking particularly at innovations in work and wellbeing for older people.
Carys previously worked in engineering and consulting for Rolls Royce, Philips and IBM before retraining as a potter in later life. Carys holds a BA Hons in Engineering Science from Oxford and in Ceramics from the University of Westminster.
