Amy joined Nesta in November 2010 and works on education, designing and delivering programmes that test new ways to realise young people's potential to innovate and help them develop the skills and attributes needed for an innovation-driven society.

Amy is particularly interested in how innovation can tackle some of the big questions facing the UK's education system, and has spent the last 10 years developing education programmes which aim to develop the creativity and innovation potential of young people.

Before joining Nesta, Amy worked as Education Manger at English Heritage.  She has a background in education practice having initially trained as a teacher.
