Tim Cooke is Ex-Chief Executive of Logica Communications Ltd. He later went on to IPO three companies on the London Stock Market.

He is Chairman of Cambridge Flat Projection Displays, Non-Exec Director of Panacea, Myguides and The Chesham Building Society.
