Investment Manager

Libby makes and manages investments in the ICT sector, with a focus on opportunities in microelectronics and materials innovations.

She has over six years investment experience with hands-on involvement in more than 30 high-tech companies and is responsible for NESTA’s investments in companies such as Gnodal and Skimlinks.

She is actively involved in various industry initiatives, in particular supporting the European Microelectronics Academy, a business accelerator which leverages the experience and assets of industry stakeholders to reduce the costs and risks associated with semiconductor start-ups.

She began her career at Intellect, the UK’s high tech trade association and has an MSci in Mathematics from Imperial College, London
