NESTA is governed by an independent Board of Trustees, who meet quarterly and are usually appointed for a period of two years. The Board is responsible for strategic direction, policies and procedures and is chaired by Sir John Chisholm.
Operational strategy is co-ordinated by our Senior Management Team, led by Jonathan Kestenbaum.
Our funding and investment decisions are informed by four Committees who meet regularly throughout the year.
